Ready Smart Bond — Ready-Mix Plaster: how to use

1. Surface preparation. Clean the surface thoroughly. Remove dust, oil, grease and loose particles.
2. Mixing. Gradually add clean water (18–20%) to the powder and mix with a mechanical stirrer for 4–5 minutes, to a lump-free workable paste.
3. Resting time. Let the mix stand for 5 minutes, then remix before application. Do not add more water.
4. Application. Apply evenly with a trowel or spray machine in a single layer of 10–12 mm. Thicker coats in multiple layers.
5. Finishing. Level with a straight edge or darby. Use a damp sponge or steel float for smooth finishing after initial setting.
6. Curing. Light curing with water is recommended after 24 hours, for better strength and durability.
